Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States and Canada.
  • For international orders, shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, weather).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order status at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to most locations in the United States, Canada, and internationally.
  • If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or local taxes imposed once the shipment reaches your country.

Shipping Issues

  • Dreamey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or events outside our control.
  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@dreamey.co and we'll work to resolve the issue.

Address Changes & Order Updates

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address or order details after your order has been processed.
